I was a bit late getting into this band,but godamn it they’re bloody brilliant ! This was a fantastic show, there’s no denying it. Also met Daniela at this one & she filled me in more about the band 😉 I *almost* went to Wolverhampton a few days later, but i hate the drive & the weather wasn’t so good, so skipped it. For sure this will not be the only time i see H.E.A.T. though 😉
Think i went to London on the Friday, met up with Rob & Kristina, might have had a beer 😉 On gig day, we certainly had a few beers ! So much so, that i got trashed & to start off they didn’t want to let me in ! After a walk & a sarny, all was ok lol. I spent a bit of time on the floor & resulted in bruised knees. But the “highlight” was definitely AFTER the gig, when i brazenly walked over the bootleg t-shirts outside 🙂
This was a great day out. I think they were having trouble shifting tickets as we got ours as 2 for the price of 1. Surprisingly, this was the first time i’d been to my namesake place. So a photo had to be took at the tube station. 
I was VERY surprised by Aerosmith. Previously i didn’t think much to their live performance,but, tonight was fantastic. Exactly how they should be. Didn’t think much to Richie Sambora, loved the Jezabels, Thunder were Thunder & of course, Heavens Basement rocked.

Cannot remember how i got to the venue,but, it certainly wasn’t as easy as i expected it would be ! I arrived at back of venue & saw Silvia & Beastie there. Said hello, then went off to find Rob at nearby boozer. Once in the venue, saw my old mate Ian & a few other Skunk regulars. Had a bit of a chat with Ace before things kicked off.
