Not the easiest of drives, especially when you have Mac in the back of the car, pissed as a fart. Good thing there were child locks on my dads car 😉 Oh yeah, during the show, Mac threw his shoe up on stage or something silly like that haha
Dee did a brilliant rap…some big guy was blowing him kisses & Dee cut him down a few pegs offering him out. Something to do with hiding under the tour bus… A great gig for sure 🙂
Diamond Head were good, Dio was great, Twisted Sister were fantastic, ZZ Top were seemingly just going through the motions, Meatloaf was pretty poor, Whitesnake were great.
 
What a shit venue! It was a good line up though. A shame Saxon decided to miss out UK tour this year. (Think they were chasing the $ Dollar….didn’t do them any good either ! )
